Chike Aniakor Exodus I (The Refugees), 1977 Ink on paper 32.7 x 27.9 cm 93-10-1, gift of Roy and Sophia Sieber Aniakor's work often focuses on images of human suffering he witnessed during the Biafran War of 1967-70. Like the work of many other Nsukka artists, this drawing expresses the plight of Biafran refugees.
