RE-mix! Put the Art into STEM at the National Museum of African Art through poetry and jazz. After the successful launch of the museum’s new Connecting the Gems mobile app with STEAM Tech Night, we’re doing it again! April is National Poetry Month and Jazz Appreciation Month, and the museum is celebrating with performances from the Pepe Gonzalez Afro-Cuban/Latin Jazz Ensemble and D.C.-area teen poets sharing spoken word in our galleries. And don’t miss the chance to try out 3-D photography!
