At the National Museum of African Art we are committed to increasing diversity across the museum and all disciplines. As a federal entity, established policies and processes exist to review employee complaints as well as other human resources matters. Museum directors and supervisors at all levels receive mandatory federal training and must abide by government-wide federal regulations. At the Smithsonian, we not only adhere to these rules but fairness and equity are core to our culture, mission and who we are as a leader in the museum field.
