Al Najoom Cultural Dance Troupe

November 12, 2014 6:30 p.m. Pavilion The dances of the Omani people have been heavily influenced by East Africa and Asia, resulting in a unique and vibrant form of cross-cultural expression. The Al Najoom troupe employs song, music, and dance to pay homage to their Omani traditions. Dances are used for many purposes, including religious ceremonies and rituals of everyday life. Light refreshments and traditional foods to follow.
